I was born in Washington, D.C. and graduated from the University of Maryland and I am also a
Navy veteran. I love the ocean. I have scuba dived in the Sea of Cortez and have jumped off
the side of a warship in the Tyrannean Sea. I have sailed throughout the Caribbean, Greek
Islands, and the Mediterranean Sea and explored sunken wrecks off Cape Hattaras. I most recently returned from Australia, and the Great Barrier Reef, with a new understanding as to why "they" are called stingrays, and why you leave them alone.
I now choose to make my home on Delmarva, surrounded by water.
